Therapy with our helmet promises positive results for positional cranial asymmetries such as plagiocephaly or brachycephaly.

The method takes advantage of the baby’s great potential for head growth, usually from the fifth month of life. By gently shaping the head, it automatically develops into the correct shape.

Asymmetries, which can have negative aesthetic and functional consequences, are specifically treated and corrected as early as possible.

Doctors and orthopaedic technicians work hand in hand during the therapy.

Results achieved with the cranial harmonizer

An early treatement (between the end of the fourth an beginning of the fifth month) enables significant changes. Age, gestation period and growth are the most important factors of success.

Information on wearing the helmet

The Cranial Harmoniser has no direct contact with the surface of the head.
The spaces provided allow the helmet to move slightly.
As the head is asymmetrical, the movement will always be in the same direction.
This is not a problem as long as the helmet does not obstruct vision or fall off at night.
These small shifts are completely harmless and do not affect the effectiveness of the helmet in any way.
They will stop by themselves during treatment, as the growth will automatically fill in the affected areas..
